My first few jobs after leaving art school were in working on Exhibition catalogues through Gillard Welch Ltd for events such as The National Engineering Recruitment Exhibition and the National Graduate Recruitment Exhibitions.

I was heavily involved in the production of these catalogues from the setting up of pages to the PDF production for print. Around 80 - 100 exhibitors attended each event and each exhibitor had a profile in each publication with an advertisement. The first, the NER, catalogue had very specific page layouts but with the NGR I was allowed to influence the look and design.
